Possible vehicles with the Solex lightbar?

So I'm kinda curious if anyone is going/willing to make a Solex lightbar and then make a pack of vehicles with it? Preferably with a 2013/14 Dodge Charger, latest model CVPI, and a Tahoe? 

Before anyone says this, I know Vertex made one but I THINK I read somewhere that it wasn't going to be released to the general public, which if true is very unfortunate.
