Things I've tried:
-Changing Hook
-Uninstalling and Reinstalling LCPDFR, Both with the uninstaller and manually
-Completely removing GTAIV and reinstalling from steam

LCPDFR has worked before in version 0.91 with GTAIV 1.0.7.0

AMD FX 6300 Six-core running at 3.79 GHz
MSI R6970 Lightning (AMD Radeon HD 6970)
8GB RAM at 1600MHz

Game Drive 2TB Seagate 7200RPM
System Drive 320GB 5400RPM Western Digital Scorpio Blue

Hmm.. Seems to be your plugins are failing. Do you have any plugins installed (WoutersCallouts or Callouts+)? Try removing those, or replacing the 'plugins' folder. How are you installing the game, manual or automatic? And you're definitely using the Hook from 1.0c.

I have no other plugins other than the files included. I have tried both manual and automatic install. Once again, sorry for the late reply.
