Have you looked at the download page + in the downloaded files? There should always be a readme, if it isn't: Use another more serious mod.

I just want one that doesn't take to much memory...

What about the ENB boost? I read about it on the ENB website.

Might consider a timecycle mod then.

My personal inbox is not the support forum. I don't mind helping  you with your issues, but you are responsible for your research.  I am not a page in a manual, Google, or the forum search function - look through all three before asking.
A link to a handy how-to guide for getting useful solutions to your problems, and useful answers to your questions. A lot of it may seem irrelevant, but it outlines some great practices to use when seeking answers or solutions.

I don't know much about it? Thought it had something to do with time? the hours are longer etc...

That actually isn't possible without external scripts (trainers, etc.)

Timecycle modifications are similar to ENBs but they only alter 2 files (typically) - the timecyc.dat and visualsettings.dat files.

I just want the textures and the emergency lights to come out better with much memory to spare.

Go for a timecyc then. Like I said, they're like ENBs but less resource-intensive.

Also - "free hard disk space drivers"? Mind telling me what you used to get that so I can make it a point to stay the hell away from it?

I'm not sure what you mean?

I'm running out of space. I have lots of files on my pc.

Yes, but why would you need to install drivers which would take up hard disk space to free hard disk space? It makes no sense, and it's nothing a careful shift-delete won't fix.

Oh ya. I already noticed that... It got me thinking, but I got lost...

Maybe external hard drives?
