Hey guys,

 

I was just wondering if anybody could make a simple mod that would add a lot of realism and immersion to GTA. With the recent release of the seat belt chime, I was wishing that I had the annoying dinging sound your car makes when your door is ajar (open). It would be cool if you heard the sound until you got a certain distance away from the car, and if possible, that it gets quieter and quieter as you get further and further away from the car. Would anyone else like to see this mod be made, and use it as well? Is anyone (that knows how to create scripts) interested in making this?

Maybe for the seat belt chime maker to add this functionality to the mod so we dont have to have 2 seperate ones :)

Some cars already feature the door-ajar chime :) Maybe it could be fixed that way.

Really? I have been in almost every default gta iv (and EFLC) car and never heard it.

So it wouldn't be too difficult for someone to make it louder and apply it to police cars then.

It would be cool to have this, at least for the cars that don't have the sound. Unlike GTA V, IV didn't implement this in all cars.
