I have been doing skins for a while now, I was tired and I found something to use for my skin, I used the design and after I was almost done, I realized that I needed two sides, not one, I tried rotating it, but the "police" text was backwards. So I am wondering, can this be fixed? I may just start over with a new design, although I really like this one. If possible, can you please help?

Provided you're using multiple layers, duplicate the stripes, flip them horizontally and position them on the other side of the car. Now duplicate the text and position that on the other side too but don't flip it. You'll also need to skew the duplicated text layer so it points in the opposite direction to the one on the other side, but that's really up to you. 

Or even better you could scratch make your skins. I would certainly appreciate them more if they were scratch-made.

 

IMO people that take skins from things like that shouldn't be credited for their work. You're stealing someone else's work, even if it isn't for GTA IV use. Just my 2 cents. Certainly not trying to start a flame war or anything of the sorts. I think that most of your skins that have been released are awesome looking and accurate for the most part.
