Hi, that's the old diagnostics tool you're using judging by the screenshot.

 

I suggest you use the new diagnostics tool, and install the latest version of LCPDFR (1.0b) as the old 0.95 release is outdated and not widely supported.

Let me know how that goes.

I reinstalled every thing including the tool
