So whenever it is Day/Afternoon my ELS Lights just look like Paper Lighting up. Yes ive changed the visual settings higher, But still no look. Can i be the TimeCYC it self? Every other times makes the lights look bright, But once it hits around Noon in the game, paper ELS Turns on. Any help?

 

 

the "paper" look is the emissive textures on the lightbar not being bright enough for the bloom shader to pick them up and give them the brighter looking effect. you have to go to visualsettings.dat and turn the car.defaultlight.on to something upwards of 200 or 300.

Ive done that, once again, it wont works at night and evening, etc. But once it hits daytime the lights become horrible and literately a barley blue light flashing
