Hey guys,

 

   I currently have LCPDFR 1.0b installed. I wanted to install Abraxa's vdH Policehelper to use bait car and the coroner specifically, but I became hesitant after reading some comments in it's thread. Apparently, policehelper does not work well with version 1.0. Is it just that guy or is it the same with everyone else? Should I still install it or is it too buggy to even remotely use?

 

Appreciate anyone who can give me an input on this, it's a shame Abraxas left indefinitely :(

VdhPolice Helper works just fine with LCPDFR v1.0-1.0b.  The only thing is I turn off the EnableOtherEvent located in the .ini.  If you experience crashing, just turn off WorldEvents and/or TrafficEvents...should help.

 

I find PH to be absolutely necessary while on patrol.  Just the mechanic alone is worth it's weight in gold (yea, yea, I  don't use SNT, never will), but combined with Abraxa's tow mod and Coroner mod, it's a must.  

 

Also the ambulance actually drives well when called via PH.  They will not run into everything in sight, like the standard ambulance.

Hello, Well I installed it last night and everything is going perfect, I combined it with Abraxa's tow mod and Coroner mod like DrDetroit said and everything just works excellent you should try it!

I used it on 1.0b... But switched back to 0.95 today, it's way more stable with PH. I tried disabling random events in PH .ini, that did help indeed, but after a month playing it suddenly started crashing again and again.
