According to everyone else its the scripthook, well it shouldn't be because my other scripts load but I got rid of them. I have the latest version of the script hook but I cannot be sure, its only the Loader that gives me trouble, ELS and PoliceHelper work but the loader doesn't work. It just gives me the same LCPDFR.Loader.Loader not working. I dont know if the Advanced Script loader is latest or not. But this is what the Scripthook says

It will not let me, it will start up but then say GTA IV has stopped working. Also hi.

Could you post a screenshot of your GTA IV directory? 

Could you try to use the manual installer? 

I could try but I normally dont like manual installs because I mess them up but yes I will try.

Just read the manual and it will go fine :) 

It didnt work, and there wasnt even a uninstall button for it. It will load but Alt P wont work.

Well I loaded into the game and it said Load Successful and not LCPDFR.Loader.Loader failed. But then I hit alt p and nothing happened, I did read the manual correctly and so I thought I would go ahead and reinstall it manually. I did, and now it just says GTA IV has stopped working.

I keep on reinstalling it several different times, I have the latest Scripthooks, I have updated everything, but it still says LCPDFR.Loader.Loader failed

Why does it keep doing this?! Im getting sick of it, im not sure if its like some of my other stuff. Do you have links for the microsoft stuff that I need to run it?

I am not sure what could be wrong, sorry. Administrator and manual install should be enough. Latest patch? 

Probably missing C++ redists for AdvanceHook. Run diagnostics tool to fix.

It might be because you have the TBOGT and TLAD trainer menus in there and you aren't running the game as admin

Well lets see, I cant run it as admin. It will say GTA IV has stopped working because Launchgtaiv wont let me run as admin, and also lets see. There are options for TBOGT and TLAD. I dont have either so I downloaded the normal one :/

And also, the trainer runs fine
