OT: Interesting. Never noticed anything like this. 

Premier Hazard falls under Code 3 Public Safety Equipment. However, Premier Hazard has certain lightbars that Code 3 does not produce like the MidMax, Lomax and OptiMax. These are Premier Hazard lightbars. If you take a look at the Premier Hazard Traffic Max I, it's actually the Code 3 21TR. And When you look at The Traffic Max II, it's the Code 3 RX2700.

 

And because HKPF, SPF and UK are pretty much connected in some ways, their lighting equipment is pretty much the same.
