JKL , ELS does come with the readme

Default basic control for elsv7:

J=primary lights alt+J=turns no all lights

K=Warning Lights

L=secondary lights(i think but not so sure)

H=Siren

Y=air horn

T=different tones

]=light around your car alt+]= default lights at night on and off

[=steady burns

all these can be changed in the ini.

Disable your hotkeys in the trainer.

Go to your game folder, find the file 'Trainer' then open it with a text editor thingy-ma-bob, then hit CTRL + F and type keybindingsdisabled and hit enter.

 

From there, change the number from 0 to 1.

Or you can do it in game on the options page near the end.
