if i make an arrest and i handcuff but i call for a prisioner transport does the arrest still count as mine? and how do i make miltiple arrest? and how do i take them all at once?

I guess for the first part of the question, you can try to remember how many arrests you've made, make such arrests then check back here to see if the number goes up. As for the 2nd question, that's a good one, as I've been trying to figure that out for a while (sometimes, I have two suspects to deal with, usually in cases of pullovers where the perp and accomplice just freaks.)

if i make mulitple arrest and i leave them(f11) what happens? and y arent my pursuits saving :/ i should have 5 and i got 0 but my arrest is goin up and my kills 2 ill search ppl and they pull out guns and i kill em y isnt it counting? :(

I do know there are some issues with the Statistics, there was a discussion somewhere around the forum about it, like right now, I think only the testing team (as they seem to be working with versions that have various bugs fixed) seems to be able to get their pursuits registered (this will be fixed in later releases), Not sure why the kills are not going up though, maybe it could be the same issue as the Pursuit issues. For now, just try to live with it, at least the other stats are going up, so that's something to be happy about.

Should say, I personally like to Taze (Use normal Pistol, and Press T instead of Mouse Click) people with guns and arrest them ASAP afterwards. The Taser is one of the best tools in the game, and one that usually resolves most issues with usually no death! :D

i love tasin its fun but if i get shot at im shooting back lol. also whn i go to shootout calls i go to the scene and theres only guns is tht also part of it? alot of bugs i see :/

THE shooting inder the bridge doesnt work but i just had another and it worked :D somewhere else

When you use F11, you can then come back later and arrest them by doing the usual aim and press "E". As for calling for transport the arrest stll counts as yours and the pursuits statistic currently doesn't work but the Devs are working on it.
