      Before you click on the .WTD file, click on "edit" it's on the top right and it will give you those options.

      No problem. If you replace the car texture, it will be there permanently, if using a multi-livery vehicle, be sure to add +livery in your vehicles.ide (in common>data) I recommend that you replace
