Hi, i have absolutely 0% understanding or skill in modelling or skinning, i was just wondering if anyone could re-create this Australian Holden Police Cruiser, as i have found none so far.

There is plenty of them on gtapolicemods.com, as previously stated. There is also supposed to be a lot more Holden Commodore and Ford Falcon models released soon at  a new website called gta-mod-centre.com.
If you look in the showroom on GPM and look for a thread called "Australian emergency mods" you will find several links to various Australian models and textures. I've also created high quality texture packs for SA, NT, VIC, QLD and WA featuring uniforms and vehicles (Tasmania will be added to this list in the coming weeks). Links to these packs can be found if you scroll down a little.
