Is there or can someone make a caprice with whelen liberty and now push or ram bar like this

On this one you cant see the front but it just has two lights in the grill and has no push bar

If there is not one made can someone please make one for me please, pretty simple model

KevinDV already made a Caprice with a Liberty and pushbar. You can find it around the web.

There are no unlocked Caprices released, and the few people that have them/it cannot give it out. Also, they will most likely not do it for you. At the moment you're pretty much SOL on a Caprice.

Well you can't be so specific its almost or actually is impossible to get your hands on proper caprice so your gonna have to ignore it.. thats what i do

To remove the pushbar, just replace the rambar files with a transparent png. And presto, no rambar. Same thing goes with the lightbar, or many other components of a vehicle as well.
