You can fix the problem by reading the forum. You will have found this guide '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

In that guide you can see chapter 3, downloads. In that chapter is a link to the missing 2010 redistributable that your diagnostic tool has reported.

 

Go download that, install it. Fixed.

That's ok.

 

Did you install the visual C++ 2010 (86x) or (64x)? You only need the 86x and not the 64x

Also run the diagnostics tool again now that you have installed that and see what it says is wrong.

if friend and install it as you can see in the picture.

Please don't use so small images, I can barely see anything.

 

Please verify these files exists:

 

32bit Windows: C:WindowsSystem32msvcr100.dll and C:WindowsSystem32msvcr110.dll

64bit Windows: C:WindowsSysWOW64msvcr100.dll and C:WindowsSysWOW64msvcr110.dll

Sorry friend, and put a bigger picture in the post above

 

and if those dll, and have it in System32 and SysWOW64

If the dlls exist, I have no idea why it doesn't work, sorry.
