Chances are, if he took it down, it will be extremely hard to find, if you're even able to find it at all. Modders do things like that so people can't rip their models. Google might help, but beyond that, the lightbar may be gone until he releases it again, if at all.

he never took it down he only had it on a website that got DDoS'd out the butthole to the point where the website had to shut down.. remember?

It was released on GMC but like said above, it was shut down. Your best bet is to ask someone who does have it or look around and maybe you might find it.
