What does the alert "OFF ROAD" mean? There is more to that alert but can't remember the entire string- something like ORVO-OFF ROAD..something like that.

It's a UK thing, not sure what the US equivalent would be or if there is one. A Statutory Off Road Notification (SORN) is where an individual reports their vehicle as not being used or kept on a public road meaning they are exempt from road tax duty.
