Actually, as long as you have a headset and a way to Configure Windows' Voice Operating Program, you can set it up so that when you say a certain phrase or word, your computer will press whatever key you have set to that phrase.

 

It is very difficult, though.

Short answer, yes. The bad part is that I don't know for sure how it works. The little that I do know is that it is extremely complicated, and you have to set up word triggers that create a response from the civilian, but yes, it is possible.

 

(Group I am in has been working on this for a little while, but I don't really know the details)
