Hi,

 

The feature you looked at is a default feature in LCPDFR.

Pressing the '/' key by default turns on light modes without a siren. This will make cars pull over in the same way as they would with a siren.

You should get lights flash but no siren noise.

 

You should check your keybinds in the LCPDFR settings to make sure the / key is correct.

Oh, and its the NumPad / key, not the one on the main keyboard.

No, it doesn't need a modifier.

 

It just needs the numpad / key
