I installed asi loader (dsound.dll) 1.0.2.0b, and when i started the game, error occurs:

I want to play with time sync mod but to do it i need asi loader - what have i to do, please help.

"Cannot create file" means that it is trying to write the asilog.txt file to your GTA IV directory and being denied access.

 

What you need to do is right click on your GTA IV directory and set it to not be in read-only mode (the same for sub-folders)

That way the asi loader will be allowed to write it's log file.

Or run the game as administrator.

When I ran the GTA by the administrator with installed dsound.dll, game works fine, but when I install two TimeSync scripts - game won''t load... PLEASE help me with this. Should I install other ASI loader?

Calm down. You're doing it wrong here. Read the readmes. Timesyc isn't a script.

Okey, I've got clean GTA IV Directory. I want to play with timesync script, what should i do first?

When I install xlive.dll and TimeSync, the game won't start... :(

So are you now using dsound and xlive? At the same time?

No! When I install timesync script, the game would not load!

Timesyc isn't a script. Where are you trying to install it? Dsound goes into the main directory and you can get it with LCPDFR. 

When I install LCPDFR, the dsound.dll will be also installed?

Yes, that or xlive.dll. 

I installed LCPD:FR and when I'm trying to open the game main error still occurs!

Okay. I don't know what is wrong. And this topic is all over the place, and I do not understand what you want. 

 

Run the game as administrator. Make sure you have the latest patch. Make sure it isn't a crack. Read all manuals and guides. 

I launched LaunchGTAIV by the admin and it works for now

 

@EDIT yes!!! It works fine! Food mod also!

I ran the LaunchGTAIV as an administrator
