When I installed lcpdfr 0.95 rc1, everything worked fine. When I tried starting GTA IV it didn't work. I ran it as an administrator and it worked. When I walked outside my apartment and pressed alt-p, the screen blurred. I turned off the blur setting and it still doesn't work. I have the 1.0.7.0 patch. Should I reinstall lcpdfr? Any help is welcome. Thanks in advance.

After you press ALT+P and the screen goes blurry only press P again and it should then work.

The screen blur is built in to GTA IV. Change the "definition" key binding in GTA's settings, or do what Wayne said every time.
