Guys, I dont know how to describe this problem, but I know it started after I deleted some Icenhancer files (I dont know how to unistall it)

 

This happens when I open and close menu, and keeps there for a while. Also happens when I suddenly turn my camera in the opposite direction

 

It used to happen before, when I had Icenhancer for GTA IV EFLC
