what I highly recommend you doing is going through everything in this guide I wrote, and determine what is likely the reason. when you have done that come back and give me some more information and I will ty and figure out what the reason is for you :)

Did you even go through the guide? Have you used the diagnostics tool because that pulls up the main problems why the mod doesn't run.

Perform a search for the problem described in the guide, and got a message about the lost file ScriptHookDotNet. Now install DirectX
