so lcpdfr can spawn random responding emergency vehicles.

but they allways spawn on the wron side of the road. is there a way to fix this?

or is it a problem with my gta4?

    LCPDFR doesn't spawn random emergency vehicles. I'm assuming you're using TrafficFlow which does spawn responding vehicles, although I haven't seen them driving on the wrong side of the road. I guess it's just the AI being retarded again, so I'd recommend ignoring it.
