so i have seen some pictures of slicktop police cars in gta5 (no i dont mean the unmarked cruiser).

does anyone know how to get them?

    Use the save editor, and then change every number (car parts and such) to 0. If you change it to 255 you got a awsome lightbar! (both the LED and the normal, combined trough a glitch, its awesome!)
