Hey guys, I've tried multiple times to get Sgt.Kanyos time cycle to work but everytime I use it my screen is grainy and stuff. People said this has to do with the lost and damned from EFLC but I don't have that. Can someone please tell me how to fix this

You haven't done anything wrong! All people without EFLC have this problem and have to use V4.
