When I get out of my cruiser to run radar, all of the other police vehicles seem to slow down to a crawl.  And it's a jittery crawl at that.  Start/stop.

As soon as I get back into my cruiser they all start back up to full speed.

 

Very weird.  It's annoying because it makes running radar very difficult, since all the cars behind them slow down too.
