Does anyone know of a way to get this PAPD/NYPD Chevy Caprice still. I've Googled and the only place it is well was uploaded was gta modding chest and we all know they are gone for good. 

If anyone has it still could you email it to me or re upload it here or something.

    Well then, I am unsure what he is referring to as the link he gave is not sufficient. Unless the one you are talking about is the one with the Whelen Liberty....
