Ok, so yesterday night i was playing GTAIV LCPD:FR and something popped up and said "Please re install the game" So i did, and after it re installing for literally 14 hours, on steam, i just downloaded all the mods i need (ELS, LCPDFR) and it still says "Please re install the game". Anyone know how i can fix this?

What kind of mods are you using? What's the exact error? 

The only mods i am using are ELS LCPD:FR and the hotfix for LCPDFR, and i am going to download vpCallouts and WoutersCallouts in the nexxt few minutes. and i just played it and nothing popped up, ill notify you when/if it happens again, and what it says :)

I'm just goinig to take a shot in the dark, but did the error happen when closing the game, saying something about video memory? If so, just ignore the message. It's a little bug caused by LCPDFR but it does nothing.

The error happened when i was doing "spawn fbi", and it said that, but then i did it again, and it worked ever since..

That's GTA IV logic for you. Anyway, since it is working, leave it be.

Do you run administrator?

I have tried installing the manual one a long time ago, and i didnt complete it... but i have the hotfix :) I dont run it as administrator and i do have those 4 links installed.

After *trying* to play it for awhile, its not only "spawn fbi" that does it, also just playing, mainly responding to some calls and stuff does it.

Then, it's most likely a GTA IV crash and not much we can do about it. I recommend removing any car mods you might have to decrease the amount of crashes, or just less-poly heavy models.
