This isn't the same one but it's probably the closest you'll find, it just needs editing and it could look like the one in the photo.

    I have that pack it's just that I'm thinking of getting ZModeler after I've made my Safer Liberty City Mod and make the car in the picture (If Double Doppler doesn't beat me to it) :p

     

    And it's probably hard to see but t's a Halogen rotor
