When I go to host a multiplayer lobby, it usually spawns me out in the ocean. It looks something like this:

    I am using LCPDFR, Vehicles, custom handling and ide files and police helper. My game is legitimate. Oh yeah, I use game4video ENB as well.

    And the other players have exactly the same stuff? (minus the ENB, that doesn't matter for MP although it might cause lag)

    Yeah, although that doesn't matter when I'm the one creating the lobby and I still get it. So I doubt that's the problem.
