I know I don't have everything I need to post. I just need to know, how do I get my "Callout Box" to appear in the position in picture 1?

 

 

When i use the Auto Installer it appears in the top center of my screen in picture 2.

 

 

Do I use Auto Installer or Manual?

 

 

 

 

I think that depends on your resolution. What's your current resolution? 

Resolution of my laptop or GTA?

The one you're using in GTA IV, well actually both would help. Both please :) 

That is a complete change of resolution between the first and second picture.

One is running correctly, the other has huge black bars either side and the aspect ration is squashed up.

 

Check your resolution settings and change them. :)

My laptop res. is 1366 x 768. GTA res. is 800 x 600 (40 Hz). I'm moving to a new PC with is much better than my laptop.

Well there's your problem, you need to have a better resolution.
