You mean when LCPDFR is offline, you still can't get stars? That's weird. At least last week everything was fine for me.

When i don't have LCPDFR on i can't get stars i uninstalled it and i was able to be wanted again

Hi, you can't get wanted if LCPDFR 1.0 or 1.0a is activated.

The only way i can be wanted again is if i uninstall it which i don't want to do

Are you sure LCPDFR 1.0 isn't activated? Can you force wanted level with a trainer for example?

Im sure  LCPDFR isn't active when i try. i have tried forcing a wanted level with the trainer but it won't let me be wanted

Do you use the Trainer? There is an option in there that can disable you ever getting wanted.
