When I start up GTA, the game crashes and I get an EFC10 error. I have vehicle mods, siren mods, and im using 0.95 rc2.

 

Any Help?

I ran the diagnostics tool and it said that I don't have gta iv installed, when I do.

Hello, I bought it from Steam. It was working on Monday but I guess it wanted to start today.

What was the most recent change you made to the game? :) 

um 2 weeks ago, put clan pack on, changed from 1.0 to 0.95 RC2, and I changed my siren.

Does it work without the clan pack? 

I didn't take the pack off but it worked before it was on and it worked when it was on. I put the pack on sometime last week and Iv been playing for a while. Then today I went to go on and I got the error.

Well, what the error means is that a GTA IV file is damaged. You could try veryfing the game cache and see if it works that way. 

How do you verify the game cache? Also I ran the LCPDFR diag tool and I couldn't find GTA IV.

You can point it manually to the installation dir, which would be

ok, they only game files that are modded is the horns.ivaud, vehicles and peds and pedprops

 

One of them may be broken though.

Ok, it said that there were 31 files missing and they would be reacquired.
