Not sure if this belongs here but I am asking for info help so what the heck. I have been watching some LCPDFR on youtube and the colors, textures exc exc are amazing, ten thousand times better than mine and I run everything as high as it will go. Are there like texture packs available or something? 

The are mods called ENB that enhances your GTA graphics (Environment Lights, Textures, Reflections etc.). Most people who play LCPDFR have a ENB installed.

Thank you, I found a very nice one, the only problem is during the day you can see the lines in the road through the car "transparent", just a little though. Is there a known setting to fix this or would I have to talk to the person who made the EMB?

I believe that's a compatibility issue with the ENB and your games patch. Which ENB are you using?

I agree. Try to use the latest version of the ENB. I currently run Savior ENB v3.5 on my laptop, and I get good results. I don't know how your computer handles GTA with an ENB, so try different ENB's until you like one that performs well and also looks great.

I am using CrystalEMB and I am pretty sure it is the latest one. I wander if it is uninstallable? 

Well like I said, its a lot of ENB's out there. So explore around. Also take into account of the power of your PC. The better your PC is, the better the ENB you can use.

 

Example:

 Im using a HP Pavilion g6 Notebook. My Processor is a AMD A4-3305M APU with a Radeon HD Graphics 1.90 GHz. I know my laptop isn't strong enough to use ENB's like "iCEnhancer". So I use lower ENB's good for my type of computer (Savior).

I would imagine I should be able to run just about any of them. Once one is installed can it be un installed or a new EMB installed over it or is it just a crap shoot? Do I have to completely reinstall GTA and LCPDFR now?

No. Most likely when you install a  new ENB it installs right over the old one.
