Help with icenhancer 2.1

Featured Replies

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to make els look good with icenhancer 2.1 I have adjusted the lights in the Visualsettings.dat and there still to dim! I have seen some video of people with icenhancer 2.1 and it looks amazing I can't seem to figure out how to get to work!

If you have any idea please let me know!

Example!

Hello,

I use ELS with icenhancer 2.1 and it looks great! You have to go into car.defaultlight.emissive.on and set it to 200 in your visualsettings file. That fixed it for me!

I believe when I was using Icenhancer I had mine at about 150. You can change it where Senatov mentioned.

If I helped, I would appreciate you pressing the green arrow to the right of your screen!

I just did that and they still look dim! any other ideas?

Can't remember if the higher numbers are brighter or dimmer, try turning it up to a higher (3000 maybe) or lower number and experiment.

Try and see what they look like with a different car.

Same out come different cars nothing changed :/

Higher the number the brighter but I think the max is like 250 for it!

If you are playing TBOGT go to: <TBOGT, common, data, visualsettings>

People commonly don't change the visual settings for TBOGT, and instead they change the EFLC visualsettings.

(This only works for TBOGT) I assume you have that.

Change it to:

# Other emissive lights

car.defaultlight.emissive.on    100.00 (higher the number the brighter)

car.defaultlight.emissive.off    0.05

car.brakelight.emissive.on    12.00

car.brakelight.emissive.off    0.05

car.middlebrakelight.emissive.on    12.00

car.middlebrakelight.emissive.off    0.05

car.reversinglight.emissive.on    12.00

car.reversinglight.emissive.off    0.10

car.extralight.emissive.on    100.00  (higher the number the brighter)

car.extralight.emissive.off    0.05
