I use icenhancer 2.1, and its amayzing. I get the whole red sky thing pop up once or twice but nothing that I cant handle, for the most part its very stable gameplay. I tweeked the settings abit to, for street lights, and police lights to give it a more realistic atmosphere, changed the head light pattern to something realistic, and overall pretty happy with the enb I use. One day Id like to video it all and pop it up on youtube or something to show off, but I've never really done anything on that scale and wouldn't even know where to start.

Vucko ENB is what I use.

I change the #OtherEmissiveLights in the visualsettings.dat to make ELS lights brighter.

TRY ICEnchancer if your PC can handle it!

What did you change the value to for the ELS lights? I may give this VuckoENB a shot.

I use Savior ENB -- ELS Friendly V3.5  for patch 1.0.7.0 which doesnt have a huge impact on your system, but still looks nice!
