ENB Questions

I am currently using Game4video's ENB: http://www.gta4-mods...-enb-107-f17186 and I drop from 56-60 FPS to 10-8 FPS, I love the ELS effect and I love the reflections and I love the clouds, is there any way I can keep those effects without having lag and low FPS? I don't mind IV's graphics without an ENB but can someone tell me what files to keep for those those certain effects? Thanks  BTW I plan on getting a new graphics card and processor soon.

Computer Specs below

My Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 610

Computer Specs:

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Possessor: Pentium® Dual-Core CPU e6300 @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz

RAM: 7 GB

Space: 310 GB free of 687 GB

Mods installed: LCPDFR, ELS V6 (Visual Settings from V7), The Simple Native Trainer, a few script mods, a lot of car mods, and a few peds.

You should definitely upgrade your processor, a Pentium is not a good choice for gaming, I would go with an Intel i5 or i7.

If you want a good ENB for els that doesnt have a huge FPS loss, try out this one.

'?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

and dont worry about the red sky, if you use it just PM me and i can tell you how to fix the red sky bug.

I think the ELS brightness comes from the visualsettings.dat. I'm no expert, but I think if you keep that in and remove the rest it should keep the bright lights and stuff.

If you dont have an ENB yes, But when you use a ENB it is your enbseries.ini that controls your bloom and brightness of your lights, which is why they look awesome!

No, that's wrong. They come from your visualsettings.dat no matter what. ENBseries only controls the bloom and other things like that.

So I just have to keep "enbseries.ini"?

No, the ENB wont work without the other files! But as said above the enbseries.ini is what controls your bloom and other setting which make your ELS lights look awesome!

So you are saying that his visualsettings.dat is what makes his light look the way they do? The enbseries.ini is what makes your lights look the way they do because of the bloom from the enbseries.ini, therefore if he removed it his lights would look awful. All you can do in the visualsettings.ini for your lights is change the amount of emissive and the brightness of emissive lights!

# Other emissive lights

car.defaultlight.emissive.on

car.extralight.emissive.on

No, I misunderstood you. I thought you were saying that the brightness of them was controlled by ENBseries.ini. Also you said to keep the ENBseries.ini and then delete the rest of the files to him? That's not right, ENBseries file controls it but it needs the files from the directory because that's where the bloom and all of that is. Now go and try it and leave just ENBseries in the directory and delete all the other files that came with the ENB, then tell me what happens.
