With the specs below, do you all think I may be able to run all new 2013-2014 games at medium/high settings?

Nope. I would build and desktop.

 

-Really... 1.80Ghz, My i7 Processor is 3.20Ghz

-8GB is good maybe add 16gb all up

-Very good GPU. good GPU indeed

 

I would just upgrade more Ram and get an better Processor

That did look like a high quality laptop, it would be nice to see where you'd get it from, the overall model. 


For example, Alienwares have good specs, but they're really shitty performance gaming computers.

You will be able to play on medium settings for sure , not too sure about high / ultra

 

Thanks, that's what I wanted to hear lol. Do you know what's the difference between NVIDIA GT 745M 2GB and NVIDIA GeForce GT730M N14M-GS DDR3 2GB? Saw these cards on two diff computers and was wondering which one was better? I think the GT745 is better what do you think?
