LCPDFR isn't starting

Hey guys,

so I played LCPFR for over a year now and LCPDFR 1.0 since the release day. Besides the game crashing sometimes I never had any problems with it. I had to set up my PC new last week and since then I can't get LCPDFR to work. If I press Alt+P nothing happens. Same goes for most other scripts like vpcallouts, towtruck mod, ME mod and the Policehelper. The trainer and ELS on the other hand work. I've already tried various solutions that helped other people. Like reinstalling the redists and the .Net Franmework 4.5, doing the manual install, uninstalling some redists, installing it on a completely clean copy but nothing changed. Now I'm out of ideas. I'll attach the SciptHook and AdvancedHook logs.

To answer the usual questions:

Yes I use a legal copy of GTA IV. Yes it's version 1.0.7.0.

Other scripts mods I'm using:

vdH Policehelper 1.2.1.b

vdH TowingService 2.0.0.

vdH METT mod 1.0.0.

Traffic Flow V5 R2

vpCallouts 1.1

Simple Native Trainer 6.5

ELS 7.0

Thanks in advance
