Hey LCPDFR.

I just tried installing the new 090F Hotfix, and YES! I RAN IT AS ADMIN, and I get the following error:

FAIL: Opening source file.

Here is the log:

Output folder: E:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\LCPD First Response

Extracting patch data and verifying patch...

Extract: C:\Users\Slade\AppData\Local\Temp\nslE135.tmp\PatchData.pat

Patching data...

Fail: Unable to open source file

Completed

I also tried running the patch WITHOUT being admin, same issue. I ALSO tried installing to another place, still, no luck.

Any help?
