I am searching for a gta 4 pack that replaces all police cars including the slots for the nstockade and pstockade. with multiple liveries for each car including police, sheriff ,highway patrol/state trooper and un marked

 

crown vic with pushbar and light bar and black rims with silver cap  ( i hate those stupid stock hubcaps )

crown vic slicktop with pushbar and black rims with silver cap

police interceptor slick top

police interceptor utility suv with light bar

dodge charger with light bar and push bar

dodge charger slicktop

chevy impala with light bar push bar and black rims with silver cap

 

if anyone can fit these into a pack it would be an amazing pack

It really doesn't take much effort to look for vehicles you like. I do it all the time, including importing skins. Excluding download times, it takes about 20 minutes to take care of importing the models, modifying the textures, editing handling lines, ELS settings and vehicle.ide files (If I do something odd, like a sedan for polpatriot or vice-versa).

 

It will also be much faster than waiting for someone to make and then upload a pack for you, if they do it at all.

It wouldn't be hard for someone that knows what their doing but i dont , but what im saying is if a pack existed for anyone to download it would be a huge hit

I understand where the OP is coming from. Even I have difficulty finding what I want at times. When I save textures, they don't seem to actually save, I have no clue how to even change or modify the vehicle.ide file, I wouldn't dare use ELS on my PC. It can be challenging.
