DC Patrol Stories Chapter One

Featured Replies

Was an early morning as I rolled into the Station and geared up for a surprise Bait Car Op. By 9:01 I was on scene, setup and waiting for my first taker

Within short order I had my first bite. A white male in his 40's stopped and eyed up the bait car. After a quick look around he started down the street and I initiated code2 and pursued. Within two blocks I had caught up to the suspect and vehicle and initiated a 10-11.

The suspect complied at this point with no incident. I exited my unit and approached the subject still inside the bait vehicle. I then ordered the driver out of the vehicle and again he complied. I then proceeded to order the suspect to the sidewalk for his and my protection from the morning commuter traffic. He again complied. I told the suspect he was under arrest for GTA at which time he spun on me with a pistol in his right hand, the suspect leveled his firearm at me and left me with no choice but to use lethal force..

Three shots rang out...

I had discharged my firearm 3 times, hitting the suspect twice to the mass and once in the head. The suspect was pronounced DOA on the scene by Paramedics.
