Hey Guys When I launch gta4 from steam without launch options I will get an infinite load screen (pictures of character will just keep scrolling) when i run launch options it works ok...My light pattern is slow and my game is sometimes laggy...with this laptop am i able to allocate more memory to the game...I am only using 32.0 because that the only way i was able to get the game to run...Any help will be appreciated

You have an integrated graphics card. Integrated cards are not made for gaming.

 

ok...With my card, am i able to give more mem that 32mb...it shows its allowed almost 2gb...is it actually using that much or is 32mb is the max

32 mb is what is dedicated to graphics processing; integrated cards have very little VRAM, but they share the computers normal RAM. That's why it shows as having more to work with. I think when I had a computer with an integrated card, I set availablevidmem to 1024 or something. I don't think the number you put there is the actual RAM it uses, but it seemed to work for me.
