ok...With my card, am i able to give more mem that 32mb...it shows its allowed almost 2gb...is it actually using that much or is 32mb is the max

Samsung ativ 4 3rd Gen i5 @2.60Hz 64bit sys 6.0 Gb of ram Win 8.1 Intel HD4000 avail mem 1792mb dedicated 32mb sys vid 0mb shared 1760mb Hey Guys When I launch gta4 from steam without launch options I will get an infinite load screen (pictures of character will just keep scrolling) when i run launch options it works ok...My light pattern is slow and my game is sometimes laggy...with this laptop am i able to allocate more memory to the game...I am only using 32.0 because that the only way i was able to get the game to run...Any help will be appreciated

Hey guys, I recently download ICEnhancer and I wasn't fond of it, so i removed it and since it replaced a couple main files i had to delete then verify through steam, it download all the right files and the game is working fine...went to spawn a police car and it was a stock car, so i re-imported through spark 4 and went to import my smart siren, but my resident folder is empty...its completely empty...what do i do? i tried verify files but everything is there...Thanks Alec
