Added a radio into the chat also added some extra bits and pieces into the chat (new sounds, too!).

To use the radio type "/r message", dispatchers can use "/d message".

This should already be the case. It's set to sometimes show those who are supposed to be in prison (potential escapee/absconder) I suppose I can make these rarer if they're showing up too often.

hey guys, ive been experimenting with this, i understand alot of it....but, and im not sure if im reading this wrong, but when i Generate a persons name throug the site, alot of times it shows they.... atleast i think it shows that they are already incarcerated? Or am i looking at this the wrong way. I do the persons check and it shows that they have been incarcerated since whenever, and that the release date is past todays date. I just usually skip it and generate a person that it doesnt say that for? This is confusing to explain, but is that a common bug or am i interpreting it wrong? Is it ok for me to see they are incarcerated and still write up a crime report and arrest them? Thank

Also, could someone clarify, i made an arrest, submitted a crime report and checked yes, also i believe i checked a box with arresting them, and in the Custody management i dont see them....i'd greatly appreciate someone clarifying this, and maybe some other confusing parts of this. Anyways i really REALLY enjoy this, its great to have a community like this.

The system sometimes gives you a person that has already been arrested and you can treat it as an escaped prisoner case. This happens at a random time and I think it may be reduced soon so Its not happening as often.

I think the release date being passed today's date and it still saying there incarcerated is a bug but I havnt seen it so I dont fully understand.

Before submitting your crime report you have to submit a custody report (If you have arrested them). Than when submitting a crime report, tick the "Custody Case" Box to say you have arrested them and submitted a Custody Report

As Sargeant mentioned the persons being generated who are in prison isn't a bug it's intentional; I'll have a look at the frequency it's happening when I can. Can you provide me with the persons names' you've found with the release date past today's date? That shouldn't be happening. And like Sargeant said, the custody case checkbox only specifies if a custody case has been submitted.

I would like to ask those who register not to PM me to be activated - we have very active Admins and Moderators who will do this as promptly as they can, if you've been waiting a substantial amount of time PM one of them or you may PM me. On the subject of PMs, when applying for a position please remember to send the PM to ALL THREE of the listed persons (Myself, Jacko and Bowers) which will allow you to get a quicker response as I am very busy.

One last thing I wish to inform you all of: we may be able to link the system into the game and it's something we're looking into (access from within the game, spawn incidents and such like, some parts of the system might need to be overhauled for this too) I don't think I need to highlight how much more enjoyable this would make the system. I'm also pretty sure it's possible to have a map with all available officers' locations (whether in single or multi-player, linked through a script) that would be quite a handy resource for everyone, Dispatchers in particular.

Anyway, no promises at this time; watch this space.

Thanks so much! i dont know the names, i think i only ran across it once, and i just Re generated a new persons name. But i also relized last night, that alot of officers, I THINK forget to serve the warrant when they make an arrest. I found one incident where the person was being held in custody and had a warrant pending there arrest. So i served the warrant, i hope that was the right thing to do. I really like what your doing here Braveheart, if i wasnt tied up to the max for college funds, id totally donate money to help you guys all out. Thanks!
