Do you mean the light looks blue on the car or it flashes blue?

 

If the first one, export the texture change it then replace the old one with your edited one. Save and rebuild.

 

If the second one then change the settings in ELS (assuming you're using that)

What ELS is that?

 

ELS 7 uses this:

 

[ ENV_LIGHT_COLORS ]

Extra_1 = red

Extra_2 = red

Extra_3 = blue

Extra_4 = blue

Extra_5 = white

Extra_6 = white

Extra_7 = amber

Extra_8 = amber

Extra_9 = amber

is els 6.0

Right perhaps try using ELS 7 and see if that helps?

Hmm I'm sure that would have fixed it.

 

I'm afraid I'm not really sure what else to suggest at this point.

I don't know how changing the lightbar would help but if you know how to feel free to give it a try. I'm not a modeller so.

look for a file called emerglights.emis or so in the texture files. There is a texture that you have not edited causing the lightbar to still be blue.

where is this file? is possible edit the ambulance with 3d studio max?

The file should be in the same place you found the other two that you edited...No, you cannot edit it in 3dsMax.
