How do I make cars one livery?

Featured Replies

I downloaded this non els car pack('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>) and I want to make it the sherffs skin instead of the lcpd one. How do I do this with openIV? I'm really confused about this

OpenIv, find the vehicles.img file in GTA Iv (if you installed them) and click "edit mode"

Double click the police car you want to change (for example police.wtd) HAS to be the .wtd as that is the texture directory.

Once you're in find the one which looks like the vehicles skin textures and click "export" on it. Open that in photoshop or whatever and change it, then "replace" the old one with the new one.

Done.

:)

EDIT: If all you're doing is replacing the other liveries with only 1 of the liveries, export it then just replace the others with that one.

So I export it and replace it with the one that the car is using?

Yep exactly that.

Find the right texture, export it. Then click on the one's you want to change and replace them with the one you just exported. :)
