They have some really nice cars, and the livery (Black & white w/ the blue stuff going on) is really nice. I could make a texture for you, but that would take quite some time since I'm making a Sheriff texture for someone already and then apart from that I have loads of school work and a texture pack I'm working on.

 

If I have some time over I'll make it for 'ya :)

I have a skin that's almost this exact one, but I don't know where I got it. I thought it was SharpCommand's but I can't find it on his profile for downloads.
